Minimum design standards for lots and setbacks in subdivisions in the city shall be as follows.
(A) Size. All lots shall conform to the dimensional and area requirements of the Zoning Code.
(B) Setbacks. All lots shall conform to the building setback and yard requirements of the Zoning Code.
(C) Access. Every lot shall abut a public street which has a minimum right-of-way width of at least 50 feet.
(D) Orientation. Side lot lines shall normally be perpendicular or radial to street right-of-way lines.
(E) Lots. Residential lots which are not served by the municipal sewer and water systems or other community water and sewer systems approved by the State Board of Health and Department of Water and Air Resources, shall be no less than 100 feet wide at the building setback line and no less than 20,000 square feet in area.
