§ 154.086 BLOCKS.
   Minimum design standards for blocks in subdivisions in the city shall be as follows.
   (A)   Proposed use. Blocks shall be laid out with special consideration given to the type of land use proposed within the block.
   (B)   Length. Blocks shall not exceed 1,000 feet in length nor shall they be less than 400 feet in length, as measured from centerline to centerline.
   (C)   Width. Blocks shall have sufficient width to provide for two tiers of lots of appropriate depth, except where otherwise required to separate residential development from through traffic.
