§ 154.060 REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS.

   Approval of the final plat shall be subject to the subdivider having installed the improvements designated in this subchapter, or having guaranteed the installation of the improvements pursuant to § 154.069.

   (A)   Within the corporate limits of the city, the following improvements shall be required of the subdivider as specified in §§ 154.061 through 154.068:

      (1)   Grading within the street rights-of-way;

      (2)   Paving roadways and driveways at the designated widths;

      (3)   Installation of piping and allied equipment for water distribution and sewerage collection, storm drainage and street signs; and

      (4)   The requirement of sidewalks and street and lot trees as well as open space should be carefully considered and may be required at the discretion of the Planning Board and City Council.

   (B)   Within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city, the following improvements shall be required of the subdivider as specified in §§ 154.061 through 154.067:

      (1)   Grading within the street rights-of-way;

      (2)   Paving roadways and driveways at the designated widths;

      (3)   Installation of street signs; and

      (4)   The requirement of sidewalks, street and lot trees should be carefully considered, and may be required at the discretion of the Planning Board and City Council.
