§ 93.11 ADVERTISING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or operating a taxicab or motor vehicle for hire to permit advertising matter to be affixed to or installed in or on the taxicab or motor vehicle for hire, except in accordance with the applicable provisions of this code, other city ordinances, rules, and regulations and state law.
