§ 93.10 TRANSPORTING PERSONS FOR IMMORAL OR UNLAWFUL PURPOSE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any taxicab or permit the same to be driven for the purpose of conveying any person to or from any place or point for the purpose of indulging in any act of illicit sexual intercourse or any other immoral or unlawful act.
