§ 93.07 FRAUD BY PASSENGER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to pay the legal fare of any taxicab operated under the provisions of this chapter after having hired the same, and it shall be unlawful for any person to hire any vehicle herein defined with intent to defraud the person from whom it is hired of the value of the service.
