§ 93.05 VEHICLE EQUIPMENT STANDARDS AND INSPECTIONS.

(A) Prior to the use and operation of any vehicle under the provisions of this chapter, the vehicle shall be inspected by a licensed North Carolina Inspection Station in accordance with North Carolina State Inspection laws.

(B) Every vehicle operating under the provisions of this chapter shall be kept and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
