§ 85.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)    The first violation of § 85.32 shall carry a fine of $100. The second violation shall carry a fine of $200. The third violation will result in the permit being revoked.
