§ 85.31 KEEPING SIDEWALK CLEAR OF ICE AND SNOW.
   It shall be the duty of the owner or occupant of any lot abutting any sidewalk to remove any accumulation of ice or snow upon the sidewalk twice each day, before 10:00 a.m. and before 4:30 p.m.
