§ 85.01 PROHIBITED USE OF EQUIPMENT THAT COULD DAMAGE STREETS.
   No person shall run, pull, draw or drag over or across any of the paved or improved streets in the city and disc, cutaway or other harrow, sling cart, log wagon or other machine or vehicle, or anything else which could injure, damage or mutilate any streets.
