§ 84.04 COOKED FOOD AND CANDY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale, or to advertise for sale within the city, any cooked foods or candies unless they have been kept in the original sealed container or wrapped and sealed in wax paper or cellophane, or have been kept and displayed under a fly-proof and dust-proof glass container.
