§ 84.03 FOOD TO BE PROTECTED FROM FLIES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale upon the streets or in any place of business in the city any cooked food of any kind, unless the place of business and the food is protected from flies and other insects by proper screening.
