§ 83.25 REFUSE RECEPTACLES ON PREMISES WHEN EDIBLES OR DRINK SOLD FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION.
   Any person engaged in selling or dispensing edibles or drink for consumption on the premises where sold or dispensed shall keep within the premises, at convenient places, a sufficient number of sanitary, covered receptacles for the disposal of cans, cartons, peelings and other refuse matter of the products sold or dispensed by him or her.
