§ 83.07 LIEN CREATED FOR FAILURE TO PAY ABATEMENT COSTS.
   In the event charges for the removal or abatement of a public nuisance described by this subchapter are not paid within 30 days after the receipt of the statement of charges as provided for in § 83.06, such charges shall become a lien upon the land or premises where the public nuisance existed and shall be collected as unpaid taxes.
