(A) The actual cost incurred by the city in removing or otherwise remedying a public nuisance defined in this subchapter shall be charged to the owner or occupant of such lot or parcel of land.
(B) The City’s Finance Department and/or designated agent shall mail a statement of such charges to the owner or occupant of the premises with instructions that such charges are due and payable within 30 days from the receipt of statement.
