§ 60.08 PREVENTING USE OF STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC AREAS.
   No person or group of people shall, individually or collectively, prevent or impede the free use of the public streets, sidewalks or other public areas in the city by those lawfully entitled to the use thereof or by word, gesture, sign, placard, threat, express or implied, physical contact or other method, impede, harass or annoy, or attempt to impede, harass or annoy, any person lawfully undertaking to use the streets, sidewalks or other public area.
