§ 60.07 PREVENTING ENTRY TO OR EXIT FROM BUILDINGS.
   No person shall, individually or with others, on the public streets, sidewalks or other areas in the city, by written or spoken words, by gesture, by signs or placards or by any threats, express or implied, undertake to prevent any person from entering or leaving, for lawful purposes, any store, shop, factory, office or other place of business, or any dwelling house or place of abode, or any school, college, institution or publicly-owned building in the city.
