§ 32.03 AREAS AND VEHICLES IN WHICH SMOKING AND THE USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Smoking and the use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes are prohibited in any city building, city vehicle, and on city-owned grounds.
   (B)   Any person who fails to comply with this section shall be subject to the penalties provided for in § 32.99.
