§ 50.26  YARD WASTE PICK-UP AND DISPOSAL.
   (A)   The city will pick-up yard waste on the first and third Monday of each month between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and at city’s designated drop off with preapproved appointment between April 1 through November 30 and on an as needed basis.
   (B)   The city may pick-up leaves between the months of October 1 to November 30 with the leaf vacuum. All leaves must be on the curb of the property. Between December 1 to September 30, leaves must be put in a plastic leaf bag and set on the curb of the property.
   (C)   All disposals by an individual/resident to the city’s disposal site must have an approved paper signed by the staff of City Hall, or by the Maintenance Supervisor or his or her designee.
   (D)   All individuals/residents will be charged $25 per one-fourth ton truck per load, $50 per one- half ton truck per load, $75 per three-fourths ton truck per load or $100 per one ton truck per load and payment must be in full at City Hall before being picked up or dumped.
   (E)   Individuals/residents within city limits will be permitted to use the city’s designated drop off for yard waste or city maintenance pick-up originating from property within city limits when the owner makes a preapproved appointment and provides appropriate contact information to verify the yard waste.
