§ 136.06  ITEMS DESIGNED OR MARKETED FOR USE WITH CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES; LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to sell any items, designed or marketed for use with controlled substances at outdoor events or at temporary booths or tables along any street or highway.
