§ 136.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates §§ 136.01(A), 136.02(A) or 136.03 shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 136.07 shall if convicted, be guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.

   (D)   Whoever violates § 136.08 shall be fined not more than $500 or no less than $100.

   (E)   Any person found in violation of § 136.09  shall be fined up to $500 and/or imprisoned 30 days in the regional jail, plus court costs.
   (F)   Any person who violates § 136.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $1,000.
   (G)   Any person who violates § 136.11 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished for each offense by a fine of not more than $100.
