Upon the furnishing of the information required under § 112.01 the applicant shall be issued a permit by the Mayor, unless the information furnished in compliance with this chapter shows that the applicant has been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or if the applicant has been convicted of a violation of this chapter.
