§ 73.29 CERTIFICATION LABELS ON MOPEDS.

   Every moped sold in this municipality shall have permanently affixed to it a certification label which shall contain the following information:

   (A)   Name of manufacturer;

   (B)   Month and year of manufacture;

   (C)   Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR);

   (D)   Gross axle weight rating for front and rear axles (GAWR);

   (E)   Vehicle identification number;

   (F)   Classification type; and

   (G)   Statement of conformance to federal standards as required by federal law.
