(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.

(B) Whoever violates the provisions of § 71.06 is, for the first offense, guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500, or confined in the regional jail not more than 30 days, or both.

(D) (1) Any person who exceeds any posted speed restriction or traffic restriction at a construction site referred to in § 71.42 by less than 15 mph shall be fined not more than $200.
(2) Any person who exceeds any posted speed restriction or traffic restriction at a construction site referred to in § 71.42 by 15 mph or more shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 20 days, or both.
