§ 9.6.128 DESIGN STANDARDS FOR SUBDIVISION SPACES CREATED BY RENT OR LEASE.

   (A)   Design standards. Subdivisions created by rent or lease must comply with the provisions of §§ 9.6.95 through 9.6.113 .

   (B)   Additional provisions. The governing body may require provision for:

      (1)   Storage facilities on the lot or in compounds located within a reasonable distance;

      (2)   A central area for storage or parking of boats, trailers or other recreational vehicles;

      (3)   Landscaping or fencing to serve as a buffer between the development and adjacent properties;

      (4)   An off-street area for mail delivery; and

      (5)   Street lighting. (Res. 607, passed 7-1-2019)
