Any person, whether as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter except § 8.2.10 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 and or a term of imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both. A violation of § 8.2.10 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 for a first offense and not less than $50 or more than $250 for a second or subsequent offense. Each day in which a violation remains shall constitute a separate violation.
