§ 8.2.6 REVIEW.
   The City Superintendent shall review the application and attached plans to determine if the plans submitted conforms to the requirements of this chapter. Any refusal of the City Superintendent to grant approval of any application or to issue a permit for a water well is subject to review by the Mayor.
