A person violating any watering regulation or restriction enacted by the Mayor under §§ 8.1.29 and 8.1.30 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon a first conviction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100. Upon a second or subsequent conviction, a person shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $250. Any violations of any other provisions under this chapter shall be fined an amount not exceeding $500 or be imprisoned not to exceed six months, or both.
