§ 71.03 PARALLEL PARKING.

At such places in the municipality as the Council shall, by ordinance, determine that parallel parking shall be permitted and shall cause the same to be marked or signed, every vehicle parked shall be parked so that the right-hand wheels thereof are parallel to and within 18 inches of the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway.
