10.16.020: DISCHARGE; PERMISSION REQUIRED:

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to discharge or set off any of the fireworks described in section 10.16.010 of this chapter, in all unincorporated areas of White Pine County, Nevada, without permission first obtained as herein provided. (Ord. 244 §1(part), 1989: Ord. A §2, 1940)
