It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, to sell or dispose of any rockets, roman candles, pinwheels, squib, firecrackers, bombs or any other character of fireworks or explosives in all unincorporated areas of White Pine County, Nevada, except by permission first obtained as herein provided.
