(A) The owner of any building or platted lot required to connect to the sanitary sewer system of the town pursuant to this chapter shall pay the following connect fees:
(1) Where the building or platted lot is served by a ¾ inch water line the connection fee shall be $2,000;
(2) Where the building or platted lot is served by a one inch water line the connection fee shall be $3,000;
(3) Where the building or platted lot is served by a two inch or larger water line the connection fee shall be $5,000.
(B) In addition to the connection fees as heretofore provided, the owner of any building or platted lot is required to connect to the sanitary sewer system of the town and shall pay all costs of the construction of the necessary local or lateral services adequate to serve such property and all other costs of connection including excavation, backfill and pavement replacement.
