§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found violating any provision of this chapter shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty imposed for a Class C infraction, as set forth in IC 34-28-5-4(c). Accordingly, this chapter shall be enforced by the provisions of IC 34-28-5. Each day in which any violation of this chapter continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to the town for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the town by reason of the violation.
