§ 50.21 WRITTEN PERMIT TO BE OBTAINED.
   Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system, the owner first shall obtain a written permit signed by the Superintendent of Public Works. A permit and inspection fee of $25 shall be paid to the town at the time the application is filed.
