§ 36.01 PROHIBITION OF MISCONDUCT ON SPECIFIC PROPERTIES OF THE TOWN.
   Misconduct for which employees of the town and occupants or visitors to the town owned or leased buildings, structures and grounds are subject to discipline or expulsion from town property includes the commission or aiding in the commission of the following:
   (A)   Conduct that is made a crime by the criminal law of the State of Indiana or of the United States of America and that takes place on town property.
   (B)   Intentional damage to or destruction of town property or of property on town premises belonging to others.
   (C)   Using or attempting to use, town property in a manner inconsistent with its designated purpose.
   (D)   Interference with any meeting, or other town function or activity by means of noise or other form of disturbance or disruption.
   (E)   Intentional display of a firearm at a public meeting.
   (F)   Possession or use of alcoholic beverages on any town property.
   (G)   Use of tobacco within any structure owned by the town, which is frequented by the public, except for areas designated as smoking areas by the Town Manager.
   (H)   Possession of a dangerous weapon, other than a firearm, on town property contrary to law; possession or display of any dangerous weapon, other than a firearm, on town property, except in the course of an authorized law enforcement activity.
