§ 36.99 PENALTY.
   Persons violating the provisions of this chapter shall be:
   (A)   Subject to discipline, if employed by the Town Council;
   (B)   Subject to removal from town property; and
   (C)   Subject to a fine in a sum not exceeding $100, plus court costs.
