The definition of
UNSAFE BUILDING and UNSAFE PREMISES shall be the same as codified by IC 36-7-9-4. The town reserves the right to supplement that section of the state code, and to provide other minimum standards for building condition or maintenance which are not in conflict with any other applicable law.
