IC 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28, together with all hearing requirements, is hereby adopted by reference as the Unsafe Building Law. All proceedings for the inspection, repair and removal of unsafe buildings or other proceedings countenanced by said IC sections shall be governed by said law and the provisions of this chapter.
