(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 70.03 shall be subject to the penalty imposed for a Class C infraction, as set forth in I.C. 34-28-5-4(c). Accordingly, this section shall be enforced by the provisions of I.C. 34-28-5.
(C) Any person accused of a violation of § 70.02, Speed Limits, or § 70.03, Truck traffic, and who have been issued a traffic citation, may in lieu of having the citation processed in the court of competent jurisdiction, compromise and settle the allegation by paying to the Town Clerk-Treasurer $25.00 within 48 hours of the time the alleged offense was committed and the citation was issued.
