§ 70.03 TRUCK TRAFFIC.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle with a gross weight more than 11,000 pounds or more than 30 feet long on any street, alley or right-of-way in the town, except Whiteland Road (Main Street), North Railroad Street, Boone Street, South Sawmill Road; South State Street; Center Street between Main Street and 151.84 feet south of Kelsay Court, Williamson Street between Center Street and North Front Street; provided, such vehicles may drive on any street, alley or right-of-way within the town for the purpose of local deliveries or the rendering of services to the residences of the town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle with a gross weight more than 11,000 pounds or more than 30 feet long on any town owned parking lot, driveway, or approach surrounding or adjacent to the Whiteland Town Hall, 549 Main Street, Whiteland, Indiana 46184.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or turn a motor vehicle with a gross weight more than 11,000 pounds or more than 30 feet long while traveling northbound on U.S. 31 to eastbound Whiteland Road except for the purpose of local deliveries, or the rendering of services to the residences in the town.
