(A) Water service furnished temporary users, such as contractors and circuses, shall be charged on the basis of the domestic (with meter) and commercial rate, as estimated by the Clerk-Treasurer.

(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall be authorized to demand payment in advance for the amount of water estimated to be required by a temporary user when the temporary use will be for less than one week. In cases where the temporary use will be required for more than one week, the Clerk-Treasurer shall be authorized to require a deposit equal to the amount of the water to be used after the first week of the temporary use and thereafter to require deposits in advance from week to week. In cases where water is furnished under a special contract, the Clerk-Treasurer shall collect the charges in accordance with the provision of the contracts.
