§ 51.05 STOP COCK; WASTE COCK.
   Consumers shall not turn the water off at the curbstop. All service pipes must have a stop cock and a waste cock placed between the curb and the premises to shut the water off and drain pipes to keep them from freezing and/or to make repairs.
