The Town of White Lake reserves the right to discontinue its service without notice for the following additional reasons:
(A) To prevent fraud or abuse.
(B) Owner/customer’s willful disregard of the town’s rules and regulations.
(C) Making of connection to the system or emergency repairs to municipal property.
(D) Circumstances beyond the town’s control.
(E) Legal process.
(F) Direction of public authorities having jurisdiction over such matters.
(G) Strike, riot, fire, flood, accident or any unavoidable cause.
