(A) Any person desiring water or sewer utility service furnished by the town shall make application to the town. Such application shall contain the applicant’s name, owner’s name if different from the applicant, applicant and owner contact information, physical location of the unit to be served, the uses for which the utility is desired and any other information deemed necessary by the town.
(B) This requirement shall apply to all new accounts established after the date of adoption of this chapter.
