For the purpose of §§ 130.30 et seq., the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FIRE BOMB.
Any type of object designed or constructed so that, upon being propelled, it will explode or ignite its area of impact.
MOLOTOV COCKTAIL.
Any breakable container or any container which is designed in a manner that, upon being propelled, it will, at impact, empty its contents, which is filled with a flammable fluid or substance and which is fitted with a fuse or wick.
