§ 111.01  WINE LICENSES.
   (A)   Each person holding any of the following permits issued by the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission for an establishment located within the town must secure from the town a town license for that activity, with the annual fee for each license determined by the Board of Commissioners from time to time:
      (1)   On-premises unfortified wine; and/or
      (2)   Off-premises unfortified wine.
   (B)   The annual license fee stated in division (A) above is the fee for the first license issued to a person.  The fee for each additional license issued to that person for the same year is 10% of the base license fee; that increase to apply progressively for each additional license.
