It shall be the duty of the owner, or his or her authorized agent, to keep the group camp facility in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition at all times, and to maintain and keep in good repair all required facilities. All wastewater shall be discharged into the sanitary sewer system and under no circumstances shall the wastes be discharged on the ground or in streams or in White Lake.
