§ 93.18  SITE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Group camp facilities shall comply with the area, location, and other dimensional requirements of this section.  Prior to granting a permit for a group camp facility, the Board of Commissioners may require the owner or developer to submit a complete plan of the proposed site, showing the location of the boundaries of the property, proposed access driveways, entrances, off-street parking spaces, tent space layout, and other information as the Board may deem necessary in order to determine if all requirements of §§ 93.15 et seq. and other applicable ordinances are to be met.
   (B)   Site requirements for all group camp facilities shall be as follows.
      (1)   The minimum size lot, tract, or parcel of land to be used for a group camp facility shall not be less than 10,000 square feet, and the site shall have an average width of not less than 100 feet.
      (2)   The minimum size tent site area or separate lot to be occupied by one tent shall be 25 feet by 25 feet, and the site shall be identified by markers placed at each corner.
      (3)   No tent shall be placed within five feet of its individual tent site line or lot line, as established in division (B)(2) above, or within 12 feet of any other tent side to side or within 12 feet of any other tent end to end.
      (4)   No tent shall be located within 25 feet of any exterior boundary line of the group camp facility.
      (5)   One off-street automobile parking space shall be provided on the site in an approved manner for each separate tent site.  The off-street parking space shall be set aside in a location convenient to the occupants of the sites and shall have ingress and egress by means of a public way.  Where parking areas are provided adjacent to a public street, ingress and egress thereto shall be made accessible only through driveways or openings not exceeding 25 feet in width at the curbline of the street.
