For the purpose of §§ 93.15 et seq., the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GROUP CAMP FACILITY.
(1) Any tract, lot, or parcel of land used, maintained, or intended to be used, maintained, leased, or rented for occupancy by one or more tents together with accessory structures provided in connection therewith.
(2) This definition shall include land so used whether or not intended to be so used for profit.
