§ 93.01  DIVING FROM COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES.
   (A)   Definition.  For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      COMMERCIAL PIER.  A pier used primarily for gain or profit.
   (B)   Prohibited.  It shall be unlawful for any person to dive from a commercial pier, or any structure connected to a commercial pier, located on or over the waters of White Lake.
   (C)   Signs.  This section shall be in full force and effect on each commercial pier when a sign has been duly erected thereon to the effect that it is unlawful to dive therefrom.
